Our soul,
spirit and ethereal bodies are amalgamated and elucidated with chakra, nadis and tattwas integration. There are seven major
chakras, with corresponding colors, locations, identities, deficiencies, demons, and elements. Although there is much more
information that have been revealed about chakras, for the purposes of this website, the information will be limited to the
information cited above. Balanced chakras are very significant to our well-being and health. The chakras are likened to disk-like
energy centers that authenticate and substantiate our "unassailable and indisputable rights." When forces of life
oppose these spinning energy centers and take them off balance, deficiencies and dis-eases can occur. The nadis are described
as non-physical conduits that connect the chakras and reach out to the entire body like a network of "Spiderman-like,
projections that transport energy and communication to the complete system. This system is thought to be the ethereal counterpart
of the body's peripheral nervous system and it operates in concert with them. There are three major nadis and they are connected
to the brain's Limbic system: the Ida, Pingala and Shushmana. The Limbic system controls memory, emotion, coordination of
the hypothalamus and assist in controlling the master gland of the Endocrine system: the Pituitary. Tattwas are described
as being the extensive, all-embracing, affiliation that subsists between personality, emotions and illness. Each tattwa provides
vital energy to the body that it cannot live without. The five most primordial desires that govern the tattwas are (aplag)or
anger, pride, lust, attachment, and greed, if you will. If the tattwas are unmonitored and poor, the individual can be described
as "being less than human." If the tattwas are cultured and good, the individual can be described as "being
one with God." Each archetypal element represents universal principles of gravitation, polarity, combustion, equilibrium,
vibration, luminescence and consciousness. The higher chakras channel us into a lighter spiritual form while the lower chakras
channel us into a solid, denser form. The first chakra embodies the slowest vibration of visible light and the seventh chakra,
has the fastest vibration of visible light. The dynamics of the chakra system gives us a hands-on depiction and explanation
of the vital functions and overall information necessary to advance us along the path of spiritual elevation and healing.
The chakras or energy forces define major energy flows in the body as vertical and, in addition, denote the necessity of this
energy to gain clarity regarding our mind/body programming in achieving a state of “grounded ness.” The seven
chakras correspond with the seven blessings. These blessings have been extrapolated to the Seven Powers of Africa, the Seven
Blessings of Kwanzaa, the Seven Christian Sacraments, and the Ten Sefirot or Tree of Life of Judaism. The chakras also correspond
to the seven colors of the rainbow. As we become aware of our ethereal body, quantum mechanical body, and our energy centers,
we are able to manipulate our strength and weaknesses rewriting our internal programming encoding ourselves to heal, unblock
and balance our chakras. Each chakra is associated to an archetypal element such as, earth, water, fire, air, sound, light
and thought. Some spiritualist refer to these as the five great elements mababbutas/bbutas or the five levels or strata of
phenomena and point out that these elements are more universal in their application and are amazingly pertinent to the origin
of thought and emotion. The first element is called prithivi and translates to earth (terra firma). This element not only
applies firmness and hardness to solid things but also to “thoughts which have a solid, substantial nature which tend
to be centering, grounding, common sensical kinds of mental activity.” The second element is called apas and translates
to water, although it does not literally mean water. This element refers to the nature of water, fluidity and movability.
Even some type of thoughts are considered to be apas. The third element is called agni or tejas and translates to fire. This
element is related to vision, light, and energy. The fourth element is vayu and translates as wind or air. Vayu can’t
be seen, measured, or grasped, although some can feel it on their skin. The last element is called akasha or the ether and
translates as space. It is referred to as “what would be there if everything else is taken away.” The first complete
round of chakra development takes about twenty years with the entire cycle repeating itself over again on a more complex level
when the individual leaves home and begins his/her adult life. Spiritualists agree that many individuals remain in childhood
chakra development due to dependency and powerlessness and they never break free of their programmed instinctual patterns.
Adult development can be slowed down tremendously by unresolved childhood conflicts and challenges. Many adults experience
delays in their growth making them totally unaware of their spiritual possibilities and opportunities to discover the potential
of their Higher Selves.
Chakra One: The first chakra is called
the Root Chakra and corresponds to the Schizoid (Creative) body type identified by the Sanskrit name Muladhara. This chakra
is rooted in the individual’s feelings toward their own personal existence, (survival). The Blessing consistent with
this chakra is Immortality. The element linked to this chakra is Earth under the universal principle of Gravitation. The right
is directly compatible to the right to be here and the consequential right to have. The identity is related to the physical
identity and its job is self-preservation. The consequential identity is dissociation from the body and disconnection from
the physical world. The demon attached with the above attributes of this chakra is fear. A consequence of this demon is grave
difficulty surviving. The Endocrine gland governed by this chakra is the Ovaries/Testes and it is located near the rectum
governing survival, self-destruction, earth connection and sexuality. The color assigned to this chakra is Red. The developmental
stage of the root chakra begins mid-pregnancy to twelve months after birth peaking at about four to five months. This stage
is the time when the body growth is most rapid and is the main focus of the life force. A consequence of this developmental
stage is mistrust. The adult developmental stage of this chakra is basic independence and self-sufficiency. A consequence
of the adult developmental stage might be dependence. Overall issues associated with this chakra could be identified in the
body, foundation, survival, roots, nourishment, trust, health, home, family and prosperity. If we become unable to ground
ourselves into our root beings firmly, we lose our sense of mind, body and spirit leaving us in a virtual spiritual homelessness.
When this chakra is damaged, we are plagued with challenges of survival including health, money, housing, or employment. This
makes it very difficult for us to enter into the collective consciousness of the universal being. It is important to recognize
that energy must be drawn upward from the ground and excess of energy must be channeled downward into the ground to maintain
a liberating current. When this chakra is balanced, we are able to stand up on our own two feet and be accountable for our
choices and decisions. The needs of this chakra are: nourishment, “which forces us to remain open as a system in constant
interaction with our environment;” boundaries, which allow us to work at one thing long enough to be proficient in it;
and manifestation, which allow us to accept the limitation long enough to become prosperous. Safety and trust are major elements
of the first chakra because, without safety and trust, our survival is threatened and questionable with major anxiety. Crisis
pushes us in a state of survival and “some create crisis throughout life in order to feel alive and overcome the numbness
of dissociation, which makes one accident prone… where edges, boundaries and dangers are not noticed.” In healing
this chakra, we should determine excesses, deficiencies and general strategies for grounding and balancing. As we are able
to ground ourselves, problems with employment, housing, and health begin to slowly resolve. It is very important to ground
oneself because this is where the seeds are sown for solidity and strength for which healthy progress is crucially dependent.
Chakra Two: The second chakra is called the Belly Chakra. It corresponds
to the Oral/Lover body type and has the Sanskrit name Svadhisthana. This chakra is located near the pelvic area reflecting
creativity and rejuvenation, vitality, robust health and action, (relationships). The Blessing consistent with this chakra
is Belonging. The element linked to this chakra is Water with a universal principle of Polarity. The right associated with
this chakra is directly compatible to “the right to feel and the consequential right to want.” The identity linked
to this chakra is the “emotional identity and its job is self-gratification.” The consequential identity is disassociation
from the “flow of the world.” The demon attached to this chakra is guilt. A consequence of this demon is diminished
emotional and sexual connection with others. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is the Adrenal Gland. The color
assigned to this chakra is Orange. The developmental stage of the belly chakra begins from six months to twenty-four months,
peaking at twelve and eighteen months respectively. At this stage the individual is all about need, sensation and desire thus
giving way to self-gratification. A consequence of this developmental stage is separation. The adult developmental stage of
this chakra establishes the need for partnership and sexual relationships. A consequence of this stage of development might
be a lack of meaningful relationships and sexual gratification. In this chakra we integrate grounding and strength gained
from development of the first chakra into the second chakra. Here is where we incorporate our emotional, sexual and pleasurable
self. The desire here fuels our will and our ability to accept changes brought forth through the development of the spirit
and the soul’s need to grow. It is written that desire can lead to frustration, however frustration is what is required
to initiate us to perform necessary work to accomplish those tasks, which we find, complicated. When we ignore our desire,
needs, emotions, and feelings, we end up in what is explained as the “Shadow.” “The Shadow represents repressed
instinctual energies that are locked away in the realm of the unconscious.” Integration of the Shadow assists us in
polarizing our yin, yang, male, female, mind, body, inner, and outer experiences. The Shadow causes us to attract the opposite
unwanted and discarded behavior in others that we neglect to deal with and correct in ourselves. When the second chakra is
blocked, two essential connections are severed: the internal connection between mind and body; and the external connection
that joins inner and outer worlds, self and other, soul and environment. Imbalances and deficiencies in this chakra have to
be corrected in order to outgrow and avoid or control excesses expressed by this chakra. In healing the second chakra, it
is suggested that we encourage the excess or deficiency to move toward the center. Sexual healing allows us to use our senses
to feel, see, smell, touch, and hear what is beckoning us to continue the journey in the arousal of life. Sexual healing gives
us the gumption to grow and change and we become inspired to learn and reach for the stars. Once our spirits are nourished,
we can proceed on our individual journeys “jointly” with the world and it’s inhabitants on our spiritual
quest to connect with our Higher Selves.
Chakra
Three: The third chakra is called the Solar Plexus Chakra. It corresponds to the Masochist/Endurer body type and has a Sanskrit
name Manipura. This chakra is located near the navel focusing on personal identity, power, judgment, confidence, assertiveness,
joy and vitality. It amplifies one’s individual ability to tolerate and suffer conflicting emotions within, (power).
The Blessing associated with this chakra is consistent with Power. The element associated with this chakra is Light with the
universal principle of Combustion. The right associated with this chakra is “the right to act and the consequential
right to be free.” The identity linked to this chakra is the ego-identity and its job is self-definition. The consequential
identity of the chakra is a lack of coordination with the inner executive. The demon attached with this chakra is shame. The
consequence of this demon is an inward assault against the Self. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is the Spleen.
The color assigned to this chakra is Yellow. The developmental stage of the navel chakra begins at eighteen months to four
years. This stage “signals the emergence of the conscious self and the awakening of the ego...” where the individual
develops the autonomy of power and will. A consequence of this developmental stage is doubt and shame. At the adult stage,
one should exhibit the ability to function under their own power, strength and will. Consequences at this stage might result
in an individual becoming power hungry. At this juncture, we learn to exert our own sense of empowerment without diminishing
the personal empowerment of others. Chakra three is governed by power and the way in which we use it. Power is the opened
door of discovery we allow ourselves to enter and explore in our journey toward love and transformation. We embrace our true
calling noting that there is power in our blood, spirit in our matter and heaven in our earth. Power requires love and consciousness
so as not to infringe on the hu-man rights of others. Faith is required to release us from fear and control. This power is
based on Duality and we should manage our Duality in a manner that highlights combination and synergy preferably over separation
and struggle. We are beings of Duality! Duality keeps us on a constant comparison and tug of war measuring right and wrong,
light and dark, sharp and dull, etc. Duality prohibits us from achieving perfection because we are in a constant state of
judgment that is ever changing. We must open our hearts exposing all of our dualities and lay claim to the lion and the lamb
within us that make us compassionately whole. Power elevates us to transformation and makes us able to grow, grow, grow, and
grow. Instead of fearing change and remaining in familiar territory, development of the third chakra allows us to leave the
safety of fear and emerge into the unknown with courage and strength enough to overcome impending and/or uncertain challenges.
All of these changes and growth pursuits enhance our strength, knowledge, and pliability to access and continue to travel
on our journey along the “Rainbow Bridge” from the material world into consciousness. Being able to grow and mature
in this chakra enables us to develop and properly handle challenges with intensity and potential. When we are deficient in
this chakra we monitor and manually control our actions thus utilizing monumental amounts of energy causing us grave fatigue.
We must keep in mind that if our lower chakras are underdeveloped, then it is likely that we will not be able to mature. We
may remain in a state that causes us to be defined by others, unable to stand on our own two feet and become the divine individuals
we were meant to be. In this state of being, we tend to blame others for our problems and we do not take responsibility for
our actions. The third chakra governs the Will. When we are dispirited or depressed, our Will is broken. Our being collapses
taking us out of physical and spiritual alignment. Many individuals assume a posture of character behavior mechanically manipulating
their ability to stand erect, breath, and appear otherwise than broken and devoid of Power. Power is our ability to speak
the truth, move forward, make mistakes and take responsibility for the choices and decisions that we make. Power is what makes
us grow and deal with constant change. Excesses and deficiencies of this chakra have to be healed in order to correct insufficiencies.
An excess of this chakra might be deemed, “a hu-man being rather than a hu-man doing.” A deficiency of this chakra
might be described as chronic fatigue. The demons of the first two chakras combine with the deficiency of this chakra dominating
and expressing an overall culmination of fear, guilt and shame. In healing this chakra we need to attend to internal energy
management with an outward expression of that energy to the world. We can become physically fit, increase our physical energy,
create new lifestyle patterns and set and outline short and long term goals. We need to relax and have downtime. To assist
in healing this chakra we can certainly practice guided imagery, meditation, yoga or other types of relaxing exercises. Once
balanced, we are better able to cope with challenges, goals, responsibilities and limitations. We now have the power and will
to face life with vitality and strength. Our ethereal and quantum mechanical bodies embrace us and love is felt as vibration
along the electric frequency of divine pathways. Our main purpose becomes “the need to bring to earth the heavenly oneness
our souls remember, conveying divine love into earthly form.
Chakra Four: The fourth chakra is called the Heart Chakra. It corresponds to the Rigid/Achiever body type. The Sanskrit
name for this chakra is Anahata. It is located near the center of compassion and forgiveness, love, self-acceptance, and connection
of all else. Individuals sporting the Rigid/Achiever body type are afraid of “relationship commitment, and feelings
of intimacy.” The Blessing that corresponds to this chakra is Love. The element associated with this chakra is Air with
a universal principle of Equilibrium. The right associated with this chakra is “the right to love and be loved,”
and the consequential right to the wisdom realized by initiating and maintaining meaningful relationships. The identity linked
to this chakra is the social identity, also known as the “Persona” and its job is self-acceptance. The consequential
identity linked to this chakra is a displaced concept of oneself and the corresponding underlying ego strength. The demon
attached to this chakra is grief. The consequence of this demon is a heavy closed heart resulting from many hurts repeatedly
endured by the heart. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is the Thymus. The color assigned to this chakra is
Green. The developmental stage of the heart chakra begins around four to seven years of age. This developmental stage is where
the individual learns how things relate to one another. A consequence of this developmental stage is guilt. The adult developmental
stage of this chakra represents all relationships and lasting partnerships. A consequence of this developmental stage might
be extreme individualism. In preparing for loving, we must first love ourselves and mirror that love onto others. Basic issues
of this chakra are listed as love, balance, self-reflection, self-acceptance, relationship, intimacy, anima/animus, eros/thanatos,
grief, compassion and devotion. From this chakra, we should learn love, balance and relationships. Only when we can feel love,
can we express love. An essential element of this chakra is balance. Chakra four is the center of the chakra system. It integrates
and balances our life principles becoming critical in our effort to achieve equilibrium. This chakra encompasses the breath
of life and the blessing of love uniting the three chakras below with the three chakras above. This marriage or union of love
is expressed beyond time and space resulting in our personality. Intimacy is the essential ingredient crucial to defining
self-love and mirroring it onto others. Self reflective consciousness is significant if one is to examine one’s life
and integrate one’s self. Otherwise, we can be caught up in repetitive crisis of neurotic endeavors that occur until
we finally identify and take advantage of the lessons being put forth to us. Integration of our mind and body substantially
contribute to our level of awareness of self and integration of self; thus increasing the possibility of understanding past,
present and future experiences and how they intensify and relate to our understanding of today. When this chakra is balanced
our relationships have stability, mutual respect and freedom. Nature seeks balance. There is an unconditional give and take
required for balance individually and in our relationship with others. When this chakra is unbalanced, we essentially numb
ourselves to feeling anything. Compassion and Devotion is what is required to heal this chakra. Compassion is the healer of
grief. Devotion is an act of selfless love and conscious surrender to a greater force beyond oneself. The traumas and abuses
of this chakra are identified as: the abuse itself, loss of self-love, internalized relationships, and twisted concepts of
love and rejection. All of these conditions must be dealt with and balanced in order to move forward, reach beyond oneself
and connect with others. Since many of us do not know what love is, what love feels like, what love does, or how to make love
accordingly, we are forever trapped in an ever-struggling attempt to acquire it and maintain it. This chakra, the heart chakra,
when balanced and in tune, allows us to accept all that love encompasses while permitting us to discover peace and strength
in the quietness of truth minus restriction.
Chakra
Five: The fifth chakra is called the Throat Chakra. This chakra corresponds to the Hysteric body type. The Sanskrit name for
this chakra is Vissudha. This chakra is reflective of the intensified emotional patterns of the Rigid/Achiever body type mentioned
in the fourth chakra. This chakra is located near the throat in the arena of knowledge, speaking truth, willpower, communication,
and clairvoyance, (expression). The Blessing consistent with this chakra is Creativity. The element associated with this chakra
is Sound with a universal principle of Vibration. The right that corresponds to the fifth chakra is “the right to speak
and hear truth,” with a consequential right to withhold truth, emotion, feelings and our very being. The identity linked
to this charka is creative identity and its job is self-expression. The consequential identity linked to this chakra is a
lack of conscious growth and a reduction in the “transcendence of the personal self into the transpersonal self.”
The demon attached to this chakra is lies. The consequence of this demon is a distorted presentation of one’s relationship
to the outside world. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is the Thyroid Gland. The color assigned to this chakra
is Blue. The developmental stage for the throat chakra begins at seven to twelve years of age. “This is a period of
expansion, experimentation, and creativity.” A consequence of this developmental stage is a lack of self-expression.
The adult developmental stage of this chakra marks our desire to make a personal contribution to the world. A consequence
of this developmental stage might be indicative of a lack of creativity. Although we must note that in every bit of creativity,
destruction must exist to keep us in a natural state of “wholeness and equilibrium. For example, the building of a city
can only be celebrated in the aftermath of the destruction of thousands of trees. We are both creators and destroyers. We
must balance our physical, emotional, and spiritual eco-system with the eco-system of our world…as within, so without.
This chakra is concerned with sound and the effect that vibration has on our body and our nervous system. The basic issues
of this chakra are symbolic thinking, resonance, etheric body, communication, the voice, truth and lies, and creativity. These
are the lessons of love that we must embrace and correct if we can to protect and nurture our state of connectedness. This
is the place where our etheric bodies dive into the realm of “vibration, sound, communication and creativity.”
The four chakras above this chakra are primarily concerned with form, movement, activity and relationship. However, this chakra
is concerned with vibration and pulsations that move through everything. Spiritualists believe that in this plane of existence,
words, images, and thoughts are symbolic of our ability to resonate and create a state of synchronization among vibrational
patterns. Chakra five is solely concerned with enhancing resonance. We must practice spiritual and psychic exercises to increase
our ability to ground, increase our vibration and resonate from our physical plane into the smoothness and quietness of the
etheric plane. Listening to the truth and speaking the truth allows us to better enter into the realm of the sixth and seventh
chakras. Issues to deal with under this chakra are fear, guilt, shame, secrets, lies, mixed messages, yelling, screaming,
authoritarianism and neglect. These types of behaviors place us in holding patterns that last many, many years ultimately
becoming a part of our character armor and protection. Communication problems can be represented in this chakra as not speaking
enough (deficiency) to speaking too much (excess) or there can be a combination of the two with regard to time and appropriateness.
Any way we look at it, the fifth chakra can only be healthy via balance. Balanced characteristics reveal a person with good
communication skills, both in self-expression and effective listening. We can certainly utilize the fifth chakra as a means
to facilitate passage of information, deep listening (including music), movement, breathing, chanting, using mantras, writing,
forming images and communicating ideas from the conscious material world through the unconscious universal realm to the higher
places of the collective totality of our personal existence into our transpersonal existence. Recognize that our spirits live
on and we revel and bathe in the mixture of creativity, destruction and the lessons of love as we continue on with our sacred
mission.
Chakra
Six: The sixth chakra is called the Third Eye Chakra. The Sanskrit name for this chakra is Ajna. The Psychopath/Challenger-Defender
body type corresponds to the sixth chakra and the excessiveness of the third chakra. Individuals with this type of demeanor
“defend the meek and challenge the strong.” This chakra is located between the eyebrows and is often times thought
to reign over psychic activity, clairvoyance and intuition, (wisdom). The Blessing consistent with this chakra is Perfection.
The element associated with this chakra is Light with a universal principle of Luminescence. The right associated with this
chakra is the “right to see,” with the consequential right of a reduced “physical vision and psychic perception.”
The identity linked to this chakra is the archetypal identity, which “transforms the individual “I” into
something transpersonal.” The consequential identity linked to this chakra is the inability to self reflect into the
larger system. The demon attached to this chakra is illusion. A consequence of this demon is inaccurate vision or “seeing”
if you will. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is the Pituitary gland. The color assigned to this chakra is
Indigo. The developmental stage for the third eye chakra begins at adolescence. This is the stage where adolescents reexamine
their social identity. When allowed to mature, this leads to the formation of archetypal identity, which interest is self-reflection.
A consequence of this developmental stage is role confusion. The adult developmental stage for this chakra represents a time
of spiritual interest, understanding, and development. Challenges of this chakra are pattern recognition, archetypes, symbols,
images, dreams, intuition, transcendence, vision, clairvoyance and illusion. In opening the third eye, we can increase our
ability to see beyond the physical and material world into the conscious realm of visionary influences bombarding us daily
as we integrate patterns, archetypes, illusions and other images throughout the entire chakra system. Our interpretation of
the above is directly influenced by our own illusions about ourselves and others. When this chakra is balanced and healthy,
we develop intuition and wisdom. With wisdom and intuition come the possibility to clearly see auras, chakras and prediction
of occurrences in time on non-physical planes of existence. This function is termed clairvoyance. “Developing clairvoyance
requires trust, practice, opening to the inner feelings, voices and images that are revealed to our consciousness.”
Trust brings us calmness and unity. Love is in us and love needs us into being. Love and Compassion inside of us and outside
of us is what is required to balance our understanding of oneness. Love, trust and truth are our bridge to pure joy and bliss.
We are born and reborn over and over into clearer and brighter truth. This chakra is said to give us balance synthesized from
fusion of Dualities toward an ultimate manifestation of clarity and vision healing freeing us from past conscious barriers
to future uncertainty with enthusiasm and strength. We are all part of each other, mirroring back and forth different facets
of hu-manity that we must learn about in order to finally see our spiritual perfection. The opposite of perfection is Duality
and imperfection. Strengths and weaknesses of this chakra are denial/monopolarization and vision blindness and/or “runaway
psychic energy.” There are many individuals with elements of both strength and weakness of this chakra. Healing the
sixth chakra is more about becoming developed and aware than about fixing any real part of the mind or body. Although our
bodies may be the very angels we wrestle with all the time. For it is our bodies that generally get our attention initially
with broken bones, bleeding wounds, fatigue, addictions, accidents and even suicide/homicide. When our bodies hurt, we know
that we are no longer perfect and we stop what we are doing and give our bodies the attention it craves. Healing mechanisms
might include dreamwork, studying mythology, visual art, visualizations (guided/trance journeys), developing intuition, vision
quest, light and meditation. When we do what is required to develop and balance the sixth chakra, we prepare ourselves to
encounter the imaginative and creative consciousness of transpersonal and transcending divinity connecting us to our Higher
Selves as we journey along our Spiritually colorful Rainbow Bridge.
Chakra Seven: The seventh chakra is called the Crown Chakra. In Sanskrit, it is called the Sahasrara. This chakra
is located at the top of the head connecting the hu-man being to the Infinite. This chakra corresponds to the “right
to know.” The consequential right of this chakra would be similar to a deprivation of spiritual divinity, (transcendence).
The Blessing consistent with this chakra is Divinity. The element associated with this chakra is Thought with a universal
principle of Consciousness. The identity associated with this chakra is the universal identity, which connects us with the
entire universe. The consequential identity linked to this chakra is the lack of correlation to one’s true self and
the knowledge of divinity within. The demon connected to this chakra is attachment. “Attachment is the small focus of
attention that obscures realization and unity with cosmic consciousness.” A consequence of this demon is a lack of reality
and an immense unperceived lack of consciousness and universal harmony. The Endocrine gland associated with this chakra is
the Pineal Gland. The color associated with this chakra is Violet/Purple. The seventh crown chakra is related to the “pursuit
of knowledge, the formation of a worldview, and the awakening of spiritual pursuits.” This confirms the ultimate blessing
that each of us is a divine, holy, sacred offspring of Infinite Divinity. This also sanctions the ideology that peace in us
is peace on earth. A consequence of this developmental stage might be a lack of conscious universal spirituality. The adult
developmental stage of this chakra provides for utilizing all that has been taken in by the individual in the realm of wisdom,
spiritual understanding, knowledge, teaching, and passing it on to others. The basic challenges of this chakra are consciousness,
awareness, the witness, belief systems, operating systems, universal identity, attachment, higher power, transcendence, immanence,
divinity, information, intelligence, meaning and unity. Major abuses of this chakra are withholding information, invalidating
beliefs, and spiritual abuse likened to “the know it all,” “the need to be right,” “failure
to learn,” belief limitations,” spiritual skepticism as deficiencies and over-intellectualism,” spiritual
addiction,” “overwhelming oneself,” and psychosis. In healing the seventh chakra, meditation is mentioned
as one of the strongest vehicles to practice. Combined with proper breathing techniques, meditation is a valuable tool to
recover one’s mind and body spiritually. All spiritualists practice meditation as a vehicle to peace and enlightenment.
Peace and enlightenment minimizes our need for material things and maximizes our need for spiritual things. Another method
for healing the seventh chakra is mindfulness (consciousness) and exercise to discover the witness, contacting our Higher
Self (transcending lower egos), loosening attachments, examining our belief systems, education and information, religion and
spirituality. After reaching the seventh chakra, we make the final ascent and connection to the universe. At this juncture,
we have traveled the “Rainbow Bridge from our individual self to our universal self. We have practiced meditation, experienced
mysticism, world religion, education, astral travel and have a connection to our inner self universally. This is where we
become acquainted with our inner guide or witness and adjust our belief systems as we learn, mature, and are able to better
understand our reality as it relates to our beliefs. At this time, we can manifest our true inner light. We question and edit
our old ways of behaving that caused us so much suffering. Knowing that God is within us, we no longer have to place our destinies
in the hands of individuals and situations attempting to control the outcome. We spiritualize ourselves and trust in the universe
of which we are a valuable extension …alternating energy from our worldly self back and forth to energy from our universal
self. Acknowledging personal power and an ever-increasing ascent to universal power carries us gracefully throughout the heavens.
After arriving at chakra seven, we carry our own personal light that shines from within us (Immanence) while maintaining our
need for focused light on our beings (Illumination). This is what we can hope for in bringing wholeness to our spirit and
soul. It is written, “ soul is an expression of immanence within the individual, whereas spirit seeks transcendence
and universality.” Both are required for communication with our inner self and High God-Self to maintain sacredness.
We must pursue advanced information concerning the life that we currently live and the life that awaits us in our continuance
of preparation to become one with universal divinity ultimately manifesting universal harmony. The seventh chakra, our crown
chakra, glows as we sore through the air of love and everlastingness, opening our minds, will and spirits providing a heavenly,
harmonious hum in sync with angels extending our range of consciousness into Divine Infinity.
Chakra Eight: the Aura is located in the magnetic field and it reflects the relative
well being of the person projecting it. This is the point where we reach the epiphany of our journey along the chakra system
and notice that it is not only about travel up the chakra system but that we must descend the chakra ladder of consciousness.
We ascend the chakras as matter, movement, energy, love, creativity, insight and understanding. Once the realization of illumination,
emanation, wisdom, and clarity become part of our divine expression of transformation, we begin the descent down the chakra
ladder from being, illumination, inspiration, compassion, transformation, connection and manifestation. Now we are considered
to be centered and balanced…intelligent enough to inspire, communicate and love others. Now our days are about manifesting
divinity and sacredness. We are now enlightened and enchanted. Keep in mind that it is up to you…the individual…
to select spiritual practices and partnerships that agree with your well-being, spiritual and optimal health. We are part
of a universal oneness, acknowledging our fraction of the universal Being. With all of the chakras in tune with one another
and the Ancient One, we are urged to experience the blessings of the Cosmos, for it is our Birthright!
